Administrate a Medical Evaluation Review Board for the State of Hawaii. Duties include setting up the a Hawaii branch office, analyzing and testing, and implementing the procedures and workflow for the new program, coordinating and training the doctors on the Board, managing data entry staff, and acting as a liaison between the Board, the main office, and the State.

Analyze current and future technical business needs for the Radiology and Respiratory Care Departments for a multi-site/multi-island hospital system. Act as a liaison and project manager for technical projects between business units and technical team and vendors. Current projects include: installing and implementing an digital imaging storage and distribution system for the Imaging Department, implementing application and hardware upgrades, data conversions, interface testing, and hospital-wide installation of workstations for multiple digital imaging and respiratory care applications. Verified process maps and data design documents for technical units. Helped create much of the workflow and process maps for the new QA Department. Served on a committee in the IT department to improve teamwork and collaboration among the technical groups. Provided technical support for agencies outside the company. Performed agency visits for follow up technical support, additional training, and customer feedback.
